The Process: Installation


Ally Communications assigns a Project Manager to oversee all aspects of the installation process.  The Project Manager executes and supervises the design and services plan, and coordinates all phases of the construction process.  In addition, the Project Manager also serves as the key communications coordinator for the property, providing daily and weekly status reports.
